Student and employee well-being is very important at Gdańsk University of Technology. We are aware that everyday situations that you deal with at the university can be difficult, stressful and can lead to misunderstandings or even conflicts.

Justyna Szostak, PhD Eng, from the Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics, chair of the Internationalization Committee and plenipotentiary of the dean for internationalization at the Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics, was elected the co-chair of the work group named „Task Force Learning&Teachning” of CESAER – an organization uniting leading technology schools in Europe.

CESAER  organization was founded in 1990. Currently, it unites 58 leading European universities from 26 countries. CESAER safeguards high level of research and education, and aims at developing cooperation with the industry. The members of CESAER undertake integrated activities for the benefit of engineering education, responding to the global market demands.

The organization is divided into seven leading thematic groups (task forces). Justyna Szostak and Prof. Roberto Zanino from Turin will manage the group responsible for learning and teaching.

Lost and earned income

The concept of income treated as lost and earned income is intended to reflect the student's family income as faithfully as possible at the time it is calculated, even though the income information documents relate to the base year (i.e. one or even two years back!).

In the academic year 2025/2026, the base year is 2024.

What happens after submitting the application?

After submitting the application in the MojaPG system, it is visible in Student -> Scholarships and dormitories -> My requests tab. The application receives one of the following statuses.

Status "received"

The application has been submitted successfully and the student can download a confirmation of sending.
