Issuing a decision on the rector's scholarship

From April 17th, in MojaPG system, you can see information about the decision issued if you applied for the rector's scholarship for the summer semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. Please note that the content available in the system is not a decision and cannot be appealed!

Electronic decisions will be sent via ePUAP from Wednesday, April 19th. Please be patient and wait for the decision.

Paper decisions can be picked up at the Scholarship Committee's office during office hours, also from April 19th.

CESAER Student Challenge is a cyclical competition for students and PhD students organized by CESAER - a European organization associated of leading technical universities (Gdańsk Tech is a CESAER member since 2015). 

The theme of this year’s challenge is the Contribution of Universities of Science and Technology to Sustainability. The students' projects will be evaluated along three dimensions:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS: On July 3-6, there will be online meetings with experts with whom teams will be able to discuss their competition ideas. To participate in such a meeting, teams must register via the online form by June 26 at the latest.

Last days for admission to the Doctoral School for a.y.2023/2024

On April 17, the enrollment for the Doctoral School at Gdańsk University of Technology, run jointly with two institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Gdańsk - Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery and Institute of Hydro-Engineering, has started. Candidates can apply for the program until Monday, May 8, at 11 a.m. CEST (UTC+2).

Rectors of several hundred universities from 40 countries have met at Gdańsk University of Technology during the annual international conference of the European University Association (EUA), organized for the first time in Poland. The leading theme is the impact of universities on the surrounding social and business environment and their influence on the shaping of key principles in times of great change or crisis.

The European University Association (EUA) represents over 850 universities in 49 European countries. It plays a key role in the Bologna Process and influences the European Union's policy on higher education, research and innovation. EUA representatives meet each year at a conference organized by one of the member universities. Gdańsk University of Technology is the first Polish university belonging to the association, which organizes such an annual meeting.

By developing initiatives that make it easier for parents working or studying at the university to combine their academic and family duties, Gdańsk University of Technology has created a space that is friendly to parents with children.  

In the family room, you can not only change or feed a baby, but also play with an older toddler or just relax.

The room is located on the second floor in building no. 61 - Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Automatics at 7 Sobieskiego Street in Gdańsk. Access to the room is provided by a driveway to the building and an elevator. There are also toilets in close proximity to the family room.

This coming Monday, on April 17, the enrollment for the Doctoral School at Gdańsk University of Technology, run jointly with two institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Gdańsk - Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery and Institute of Hydro-Engineering, will start. Candidates can apply for the program in Gdańsk Tech application system until Monday, May 8, at 11 a.m. CEST (UTC+2). 

The school offers free doctoral training in English in 14 disciplines.
