ENHANCE Certificate in Higher Education Teaching is intended for a large spectrum of academic staff with a diversified theoretical background and practical experience in teaching.
📅 Meetings take place every two months on Wednesdays, with the format:
20-minute presentation + open discussion.
Participants can join selected sessions, but those who attend all meetings and the in-person Staff Week in May 2026 will receive a certificate of completion for the “International Exchange Knowledge Hub” course.

During this year’s ENHANCE Summer Schools at Gdańsk University of Technology, there were plenty of opportunities for participants from partner universities to meet and integrate with our academic community. The events for international guests were co-organised by Gdańsk Tech students representing the Student Government (SSPG).

Wentyl_EDU is a new initiative developed as a twin project to Wentyl_HR, but with a slightly different goal – to create a space for dialogue between the world of education and business. The event was initiated by the team at Talent Attraction Invest in Pomerania, which successfully demonstrated that these two worlds can inspire and support each other.
The aim of the program is to increase the effectiveness of Gdańsk Tech in competing for the most talented candidates for studies in the fields related to the subjects of PRA Centers. The way to achieve the goal are scholarships based on the achievements from the previous stage of education for particularly gifted students starting full-time 1st or 2nd cycle studies at Gdańsk Tech.
