Become a Mentor in the ENHANCE Cross-Border Mentoring Programme

Mentor programme
The programme supports early-career researchers in STEM fields through international, goal-oriented mentoring. This initiative promotes professional development, intercultural exchange, and cross-border collaboration. The programme is set to launch in October 2025, and the call for mentor applications is currently open.

Becoming a mentor is a unique opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with early-stage researchers who are just beginning their academic journey. Mentors are expected to support their mentees in developing research skills, career planning, and exploring various development pathways – both within academia and beyond. The programme is designed as a six-month mentoring cycle with an international reach, tailored to the mentee's goals, and includes monthly one-hour mentor–mentee meetings.
