Scholarships are awarded in accordance with the Code of Administrative Procedure, so under administrative law, you can appeal if you disagree with the decision. If the Scholarship Committee finds that the appeal is justified, it most often issues a new decision "under the self-control procedure". Otherwise, the SC provides all documentation to the Appeal Scholarship Committee, which examines the appeal. Most often, the appeal is considered within 30 days from the date of filing.

Rector's scholarship, scholarship for the disabled people and hardship scholarship

A student from abroad may apply for the rector's scholarship, scholarship for the disabled and the hardship schol

The hardship scholarship is a one-time payment. It may be awarded to a student who finds himself in a temporarily difficult life situation. The application must be submitted together with documentation confirming the applicant's difficult situation. Each application is considered individually by the Committee which consists of students in the majority.

A scholarship for the disabled may be granted to a student who meets the basic criteria and possess a certificate of disability. The scholarship for disabled people does not depend on financial situation.

The rector's scholarship may be awarded to a student who has achieved outstanding academic results, scientific or artistic achievements or sport achievements in competition at at least the national level.

Applications for the rector's scholarship can be submitted fully electronically.

A student in a difficult financial situation may receive a maintenance scholarship. The amount of the scholarship depends on the monthly income per family member in such a way that:
