One of the challenges facing contemporary society is ensuring constant and sustainable access to energy. As the demand for energy grows, it becomes essential to search for new solutions for its storage and efficient use. In this context, thermal energy and its storage technology are becoming increasingly interesting areas of research and development.

Such research is being conducted under the OPUS program by Łukasz Piszczyk, PhD, DSc, Eng., professor at the Gdańsk Tech Faculty of Chemistry. For the project entitled "Research on the possibilities of implementing and processing phase change materials (PCM) in polyurethane materials", Prof. Piszczyk's team received funding in the amount of PLN 1,541,452.

Knowledge of tax law - obligations, document templates, deadlines—is important not only for Polish citizens but also for foreign employees, PhD students, and students. Especially at this time of year, with the deadline for tax returns coming up, knowing how to handle taxes is really helpful.

To help foreigners who work and study at Gdańsk Tech navigate this complex system, the International Relations Office invites you to a training session on tax law, which will be led by dr Piotr Kasprzak - an expert from the Faculty of Management and Economics.
