For whom?
Applications for a place in the dormitory are possible for PhD students pursuing PhD training at the Doctoral School at Gdańsk University of Technology and candidates admitted to the Doctoral School after the announcement and publication of ranking lists on the School's website.
A PhD student may apply to have their spouse and/or children assigned to the same room*.
EIRU Scholarships
Programs for scientists of Gdańsk University of Technology are part of the university's implementation of the tasks resulting from the ‘Excellence Initiative - Research University’ program. They support, among others, scientists obtaining prestigious international grants, they enable co-financing of publishing activities or financing the costs of scientific research and the development of young scientists in areas compatible with the activities of the Gdańsk Tech priority research area centers.
Scholarships from the Own Scholarship Fund granted on an individual basis
The scholarship may be paid on a monthly basis or as one-off payment. The amount, mode and period of payment of the scholarship depends on the rector's decision.

Bonus for scientific publications and patents
The program is open to PhD students who co-author a publication or a patent with a university employee conducting scientific activity in disciplines evaluated at the university (i.e., an employee included in the so-called "N number" based on a submitted declaration)
Important: To receive the bonus, the topic of the publication must be related to the pursued PhD research, which requires a written statement from the supervisor.

Doctoral scholarships
Everyone accepted to the Doctoral School (exept for PhD students holding a doctor's title) receives a doctoral scholarship for not more than four years of their education.

During the meeting at the seat of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Marshal's Office, which took place on Tuesday, 27 September 2022, and which was also attended by the Gdańsk Tech rector, prof.
