Konsul i rektor
Oleksandr Plodystyi, Konsul Generalny Ukrainy w Gdańsku spotkał się z prof. Krzysztofem Wilde, rektorem PG. Konsul, który objął to stanowisko w 2021 roku, gościł na Politechnice Gdańskiej po raz pierwszy.

Tematem spotkania było dalsze wzmacnianie współpracy pomiędzy uczelnią i instytucjami naukowo – dydaktycznymi na Ukrainie. Poruszone zostały także problemy studentów korzystających z wymiany zagranicznej pomiędzy Polską i Ukrainą – uzyskanie wiz czy wydawania pozwoleń na pobyt czasowy i stały.

Została ona uruchomiona w Instytucie Oceanotechniki i Okrętownictwa Wydziału Inżynierii Mechanicznej i Okrętownictwa Politechniki Gdańskiej.

– To pierwszy taka specjalność w Polsce, który będzie przygotowywał absolwentów do prac projektowych w zakresie morskiej energetyki wiatrowej – zaznacza prof. Wojciech Litwin, dyrektor Instytutu Oceanotechniki i Okrętownictwa. – Wpisuje się on doskonale w aktualne trendy energetyczne i mamy nadzieję, że zainteresuje naszych studentów.
