Presenters:

1. Melih Özkardes: The head of the Diversity Office and ombudsperson in the ENHANCE Alliance of European universities of technology. He focuses on making ENHANCE an alliance that is inclusive, diversity-aware and equitable. He has extensive experience in European youth work, education, and project coordination, especially within Erasmus+, the European Solidarity Corps and the sport field.
2. Petra Lucht: a professor of Gender and Diversity in Science, Technology and Society at the Center for Interdisciplinary Women's and Gender Studies at Technische Universität Berlin. Her work spans gender and diversity research in STEM, with a focus on fostering inclusive, interdisciplinary environments, on integrating gender and diversity into research and development in science and technology as well as in enhancing science communication. An accomplished researcher, she also leads international educational programs and networks promoting diversity in STEM.
