How do you restart an academic stratospheric balloon programme after taking part in the REXUS/BEXUS programme? How to assemble a new team and share the passion for stratosphere with a new generation of students? In this paper we want to summarise the stratospheric balloon activities at Gdańsk University of Technology held by SimLE Science Club since 2022. We’ll outline the challenges of creating a new team as well as the technical...

  2. This article presents a case study of the simply learn experience (SimLE) scientific club at Gdańsk University of Technology (Gdańsk Tech), Gdańsk, Poland, showcasing an effective model for blending theoretical knowledge with practical engineering applications. This student-led organisation aims to develop soft skills and handson experience through project work, participation in international contests and conferences. This study...

  3. The article describes education techniques using robotics. For example, educational exercises on programming the Nachi MZ04 robotic arm are presented. The exercises use a wooden railroad toy model and elements printed in additive manufacturing technology. The exercises have increasing difficulty and can be used to educate young people in high school and specialized higher engineering studies (both bachelor's and master's).

    - ELECTROANALYSIS - Rok 2023

This work describes the modification of a gold electrode to create an electrochemical biosensor capable of detecting human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). The biosensor was obtained by modifying the gold electrode with cysteamine and oligopeptide (PPLRINRHILTR). The modification steps of the gold electrode were confirmed by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and impedance electrochemical spectroscopy (EIS) measurements. The conducted EIS experiments...

  5. Stratospheric balloons are one of the most accessible methods of near space exploration. Their applications include capturing of extreme living organisms whose existence in the stratosphere has been suggested in the literature. These potential microorganisms would have evolved to survive the unique environment of low temperature, low pressure and high solar radiation. This makes the development of...
